2021 5.4L 3v problems

I am working on a 2021 F-150 with a 5.4L 3v engine for a customer. I rebuilt the transmission for him, which is working great now. I drove the truck for 2 days after the rebuild to make sure everything was working. It sat for 2 days, then I started it to move it this morning. After starting the engine made a very loud clatter noise, started running rough, started stalling and finally died, cranks by no start. code p0301 is stored for cylinder #1 misfire. It sounds very much like it jumped time.
would cam phasers cause this? if so, how do I test them?

The engine has been back together for over a week now. when I first got it running, it I thought I had miss-timed the cams, because it ran really rough. After some guidance from several Ford Master techs, I finally figured out the # 5 spark plug was not firing. A new spark plug was installed and it runs much better now.
I think your problem is common. My 2015 Ford Mustang began to play due to low-quality oil, after I started using Mobil 1 15w-40 diesel oil the problem disappeared. I read a review of the best oils here davesoilchange.com/15w-40-oil-guide/, now the engine runs like clockwork. So try to check the oil level and use only high-quality
