We hope to see close to the same capability, if not more, with the 2021 Ford F-150. This would mean towing numbers of 13,200 pounds.
2021 Ford F-150 Miles Per Gallon
Because the engine updates are minimal, it’s safe to assume fuel economy will remain close to what it is now. That means the 2021 Ford F-150 could achieve up to 20 city/26 highway mpg and a minimum of 17 city/23 highway mpg.
2021 Ford F-150 Payload
With the same capability, the 2021 Ford F-150 will be able to haul up to 3,200 pounds.

We’ve heard that Ford is planning to offer a high-tech cabin with a larger touchscreen. There’s also talk of an infotainment system that allows owners to watch movies from the truck bed. We don’t know if these features will be standard or optional.
