A Ford dealership in Rapid City, South Dakota shared this post on their website that goes through how the specs of the 2021 F-150 should compare the 2020 F-150.
Here's what they wrote for the what the specs of the new F-150 could be:

If trends run the same, we will see the 2021 Ford F-150 sometime in October 2020.
2021 Ford F-150 Price
The pricing on the 2021 Ford F-150 isn't out yet but expect it to start around $29,000.
2021 Ford F-150 Towing Capacity
We hope to see close to the same capability, if not more, with the 2021 Ford F-150. This would mean towing numbers of 13,200 pounds.
2021 Ford F-150 Miles Per Gallon
Because the engine updates are minimal, it’s safe to assume fuel economy will remain close to what it is now. That means the 2021 Ford F-150 could achieve up to 20 city/26 highway mpg and a minimum of 17 city/23 highway mpg.
2021 Ford F-150 Payload
With the same capability, the 2021 Ford F-150 will be able to haul up to 3,200 pounds.
2021 Ford F-150 Body Styles
No change is expected with the 2021 Ford F-150 body configurations. We should still see the Regular Cab, Extended Cab and Crew Cab models.
2021 Ford F-150 Curb Weight
While there will likely be some minor weight adjustments with the 2021 Ford F-150, we can still expect a curb weight close to 4,069-5,697 pounds.
2021 Ford F-150 Gross Weight
Again, if some minor modifications are made to the 2021 Ford F-150, the weight might fluctuate slightly. Otherwise, we can expect the gross weight of the 2021 Ford F-150 to be around 6,100 to 7,050 pounds.
2021 Ford F-150 Transmission
Ford just released the ten-speed automatic as standard equipment with the 2020 model, so we expect it to carry over with the 2021 Ford F-150.

All things considered, the 2021 Ford F-150 length shouldn’t be much different than the current model. That would leave the F-150 length measuring between 209.3 and 250.5 inches.
