We have brand new photos of the F-150 EV going through some testing.

While there is a lot of camouflage it does share the same body shape as the 14th-gen F-150. This one features a SuperCrew can and a short bed.

What gives this test vehicle away as an EV is that there is no visible exhaust system. Instead there's an electric motor at the rear axle, throwing star rims and apparently the light bar over the grille that Ford has teased will make it to production.

Range is expected to come in at least 300 miles, though there might be an extended range battery as well that could be added.

Production is expected to start in mid-2022 at Ford's Rouge Truck plant in Dearborn, Michigan
