Just got hoke from the dealership, after purchasing a ‘21 XLT. Love the truck. The drivers side window is not wanting to go up or down consistently. It goes up and down in steps. I have to release the switch and pull or push it again.Any thoughts? I tried to reset it per the manual, with no luck. I will head into the dealership tomorrow, but thought I would check here as well.

Welcome to the forum @Jonlowe! Congrats on getting your new truck! Just to clarify, when you press the button it only goes up or down for a little bit and then stops?

Welcome @Jonlowe. How did you spec your XLT?

Did you go through the steps for resetting Resetting One-Touch Close? How many times did you attempt to reset it?

Thank you both for the welcome. After a few days of playing with it, I have determined it is the window track/seals that are tight. As they loosen up, it is now working, albeit a bit slower than the passengers side. It was a strange issue. I tried to re-initialize it several times and that didn’t help. It now goes up and down with one touch, just a bit slow. Progress is good. I have an appointment with the dealer next week.
I spec’d the truck with the 302A high package, FX4, Max tow, XLT sport, 6.5’ bed.

Glad to hear that the window is working again. I guess it get easier the more it goes up and down? Keep us posted with what your dealer tells you.
