Ground Bolt

I installed some aftermarket lighting. I used the ground bolt next to the passenger side fuse box. I may have over tightened the bolt on the ground bolt because it never snugs up. Does the OEM bolt have a ground strap, or does it simply mount to the body? What can I do if I damaged the ground bolt... 2021 F150 XLT, 4X4, Powerboost
